" Just awful. Very poor customer service. When I saw what the state of the car was in I rang to cancel, but was told I was too late. I will never use you again as the experience has been horrendous for both me and my family. "

" The Enterprise location confirmed, was not open when I arrived to collect the car. I had to call Enterprise and engage the nearest office, over 2 miles away. They came and collected me and took me to their alternate location to process the collection from their. But this added almost two hours of wasted time. Also, there was no contact number in their system, from the original booking in your system. This meant they were unable to advise me in advance, of the confirmed location closure. It seems like your two systems are not adequately aligned. Also, you didn't collect any driving licence details. "

" The price quoted by you for the hire was £97.62. The final price paid to Hertz was £105.96. I cannot see a reason for this difference in the Hertz invoice and I would find it interesting to be given an explanation of the difference since my choice of car hire company was made on the basis of the price quoted which I expected to be the same as the price paid. Where there is a discrepancy, it would be very difficult to confidently recommend Auto Europe as a car hire source. "

I had to return the car to LGW instead of Bournemouth; I informed Auto Europe and Hertz of the change and was told a fee of £50 would be charged; but £233.99?? I would like an explanation before I could recommend the Company on this website. "
