" I was disappointed with the pick up arrangements. I was due to collect the car at 9am so I arrived early at 8.40 to discover that there was an appointment system. Several other people present had been phoned to make an appointment and I wasn't. I didn't leave with the car until 9.45. I made the effort to phone before hand to check the documents I needed. I put time and effort in collecting the documents but none were needed. On pick up I was unhappy about the way the person interacted with me; they rushed me, spoke a hundred miles an hour, did not observe social distancing and I had to ask tehm to step back and give me an opportunity to find the document they had requested. All in all VERY disappointed with the pick and drop off experience but delighted with the actual car. "

" I have had many rental contracts with Auto Europe and found the process easy to follow after the first one. "
