" Turned up at Cambridge UK Europcars to be told we were late, there was no car for us and that we would lose over 800 UK pounds on a 35 day rental. No where in Keddys T & Cs was "Late" defined. We didn't receive a copy of Europcars T & Cs until after we were refused a car and refused a refund. Your customers services will have details of our dispute. This whole episode ruined our holiday and caused us a huge amount of distress and money. But it is evident from our dealings with Keddy and Europcars that neither companies could care less. It is evident from other on line complaints I have read about you that many tourists feel vulnerable, confused and a long way from home dealing with a compassionless and totally non consumer focused company - We will never, ever deal with you again. To be asked for feedback on our experience is a joke considering the fact that you must know by now exactly how bad your customer service is. "
