The first floor of the terminal is designated as the departure area at the airport, as well as the airline lounge spaces. The arrivals area is situated on the ground floor, and a number of services are provided on this floor, such as immigration control, baggage reclaim, currency exchange counters, car rental desks and pick-up areas.
Vehicle rental service counters are located on the ground floor, at the center of the Short Term parking. Upon arrival at the rental counter, remember to have in hands your voucher, valid driving licence and an international credit card ready for pick-up. Ask for a copy of the contract in English, making sure that the rental conditions and insurance policies are as agreed. Checking the entire vehicle for dents, scratches and fuel level is also very important, as the same process will be performed at the drop-off.
