Location: Due to its location close to the Swiss and German border, the airport is shared by two other cities: Basel in Switzerland and Freiburg in Germany. The airport is located some 12 miles south-east of Mulhouse, 2.2 miles north-west of Basel and 29 miles south-west of Freiburg.
Airlines operating at EuroAirport: Air Berlin, Air France, BA, Austrian Airlines, easyJet, KLM, Lufthansa, Ryanair, Tunisair, Wizz Air, and TUIfly. Direct flights to the UK are operated by Ryanair to London Stansted, easyJet to London Gatwick, Luton & Manchester, and BA to Heathrow.
The EuroAirport occupies one four-level terminal building. The Y-shaped gate area is adjacent to the terminal. Level one, also referred to as basement, constitutes as a link to the car park. Level two, or the ground level, is home to the arrivals hall. The check-in area is located on the level three, and departure gates at level four.

By Car
To get to the airport from Mulhouse, follow the A35 motorway in the south direction. Basel city centre is only 10 minutes away from the terminal; take the A3 in the nortwest direction and take the exit to the airport. Freiburg is the furthest from the airport. It takes approximately one hour to arrive at the terminal; you should follow the A5 motorway to Mulhouse and then take the A35 to the airport. By public transport
There is a large number of buses to the airport from Basel, Mulhouse, and Freiburg. Although there is no direct connection to a railway station, there is public transportation to the railway station in Basel with trains to Germany, France, and Switzerland. Taxis are available both at the French and the Swiss sector.
All three cities that the airport serves, Mulhouse, Basel, and Freiburg have paid on-street parking and public car parks. Therefore, pay attention to the parking signs advising of the fees and time restrictions. At the airport, there are parking facilities available for both a short and a long stay.
