The airport terminal occupies one two-storey building housing both arrival and departure halls. The check-in desks, boarding gates, as well as the arrivals area are on the terminal's ground floor.
Car hire desks are situated in front of the arrivals area in the terminal building. The car park for rented vehicles, called PL, is located in front of the passenger terminal, next to public car parks P3 and P1. Picking up your car hire at Rennes Airport is an easy process. Modest in size, the passenger terminal houses facilities that make the visitors' stay at the airport pleasant and comfortable. The information point, providing airport and regional tourist information, is located in the arrivals area. There is one ATM in the departures hall. The La Passerelle restaurant with local cuisine on the menu, is situated on the first floor of the terminal and overlooks the runway. A boutique on the ground floor has some snacks on offer as well as a selection of magazines, souvenirs and regional products.
The airport is located off the D834 road, which is adjacent to the D177 road that leads to Rennes's centre. This journey by car takes approximately ten minutes.
There is a daily direct bus connection from the airport to Rennes centre - Republique station. Bus number 57 departs from a bus stop situated 300 meters from the terminal at the junction between Joseph Le Brix and Jules Vallès avenues. The duration of the bus ride to the city centre is 20 minutes.
The taxi rank is situated right in front of the terminal building.
When returning your vehicle to the airport, follow the signs to the PL car park, designated for rental cars. There are also short and long stay facilities available. The drop-off area is in front of the terminal.
In the city of Rennes, on-street parking is in operation; parking is divided into two zones: the red and the green one. Pay attention to the road signs advising of time restrictions, fees, and prohibited parking areas. There are also public car parks located throughout the city.
