I told them I had full insurance, they didnt care.! I then asked to drop off the car in Dusseldorf as I had to travel from a different airport. They emails me and said this was OK but would cost an addition 205 Euros. I called and emailed them 5 times for clarification on the drop off point and contact numbers, no one responded for 2 days and I ultimately had to leave the car in Witten and leave the keys with my client. One of the most stressful car rentals I've ever had in my life. Totally inadequate company with no proper emergency number or email address that works.! "

You can buy a full set of replacement OEM wheel trims for less than EUR 100, plus the whole point of wheel trims is to protect the actual wheel rims which were undamaged. "

" Compared to most of our experiences in picking up rental cars at airports, our pick up and return at cologne- Bonn airport was a nightmare. Despite the fact that we had reserved a GPS at the time of our booking, we were told at the counter that there would be a delay while it was mounted. As we were a little early, we were not bothered by this. The directions from the service counter were vague, and as there were no sidewalks that lead down into the garage, we had to take an elevator down And then search for 20 minutes before we found the small office in the garage, only to discover that we would have to wait additionally for the car to arrive. It was the return of the car, however, that was the most frustrating. We entered the underground parking lot for rental car return and followed the signs for enterprise/ Alamo. After pulling into the queue, And waiting 10 minutes, we were instructed that we were in the wrong section. Believing that we had misunderstood the remarks, we found the office and asked why we were in the wrong section. We were then told, "well, the signs are incorrect." There is no sign informing potential returnees that the "enterprise/Alamo" signs are incorrect . "

Waited 55 minutes to be seen, person was efficient, the usual hard sell of insurance even though I told them I have an annual policy and wasn't interested. Won't use again. Car was not very clean and although showed a full tank of fuel, dropped one bar within 5 miles. "

" we arrived at counter.both staff were unhappy looks like & booked for petrol car & informed is diesel which was wrong & was petrol. luckily,I didn't follow up counter staff advise otherwise could be damaged the car by mis-fueling. I booked the car seat in advanced & paid in counter but no car seat was in the car & had to walk 15 minutes back to counter to ask for car seat & no apologize given or any sort of good will. no instruction given on return the car & had to drive around the airport to enter the car park where they locate for car return.nearly was missing our flights.no customer service at all. The point being they didn't expect us to be able to assess it properly in the dark on pick up. On return they didn't really check the condition, but simply asked if we had had mishaps. We hadn't. "
