" I experienced bad customer service at the time of collection and drop off At collection I was given keys and advised where car is parked. That's all. At drop off - when a white mark was spotted it was a suggested to report this to police. I spoke to police at airport who advised as the car was parked in a private car park during my stay no there was nothing they could do and they advised no damage caused by myself so not responsible for the white mark. The PC is happy to make a statement so is the landlord where car was parked for the duration of my stay. No comparison to customer. Poor service. "
" On collection the car was not Covid sealed. I was not informed of existing damage of the car. No one walked round the car with me before I drove off to ensure both parties are happy. This is now resulting in a query where at time of drop off a mark was noticed. As far as I am concerned this mark on the bumper was already there at collection. I have submitted my Statement but not had a response yet. "

" We will be very careful about using a broker in future. As rental companies refuse to deal with you directly, and Autoeurope apperently have no power to sort the issue. So you are just left standing in the rain. "

" I arrived late at the desk due to a flight delay and was told that because I was late and had not put my flight number on the original booking form I had to take a bigger, luxury car at an increased rate. Whilst the car was lovely it was far more than I needed and more money than I had agreed to pay but I was told I could not have my previous payment securing a car back so I had no choice but to pay it. It double the price I had originally agreed to pay and left me very unhappy! "
