    Driving Licence Requirements

    The driving licence requirement in Chile state that you must be at least 18 years old and have a full driving licence valid in your country of residence. You will also need an international driver's licence.

    To hire a car in Chile, drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held their license for over a year. This age requirement may vary according to the vehicle category.
