" Car level received an upgrade - automatic versus manual expected. This was useful on a snowy incline. Car features are excellent and no hidden switches to worry about. Adding extra driver was painless. My only gripe would be that the wording on the extra insurance cover beyond basic is unclear. I thought I had ordered extra but found that I still needed to take out an extra level of cover to be fully protected from any body damage etc. That was 20 Euros per day which is quite a sum on a 850 Euro car hire. i Have still to see my bill to my credit card. I am hoping for no surprises. "

" The AutoEurope person who dealt with my reservation was excellent. The Europcar person @ Ivalo AIrport we dealt with when collecting and returning the car was exceptionally good. I did use Europcar's free 'phone to call central Customer Service when I thought their Airport Office was closed (returning vehicle) and the man I dealt with was particularly unhelpful. Firstly offering to be at the airport within an hour, then, when he realised my flight was 3 hours away elected to come to the airport 15 mins before departure. So lazy! NOT what I call good Customer Service. "
