" I was not expecting to have to pay anything extra to Budget for this rental as I was led to believe that it was all prepaid. I returned the car with a full tank of fuel an hour before I had advised and there was not damage. So why has Budget charged me €80.71? "

" Very easy online booking via AutoEurope and good communication. "

" Overall, good. But on collection, the assistant did not accompany us to the vehicle and jointly inspect it (inspection photo's sent by email) and the carpet under the car mats was very dirty. Previous customer's paperwork also left in the car. "

" Very clear booking facility on-line, which offered options for insurance. This, I think makes the collection procedure much more straightforward. Unless of course you spoil it by only having one member of staff to attend to your customers. "

" Although the booking process was relatively easy, the actual experience in general was well below par. It is for this reason that I will be looking at other providers when visiting europe in future. "

" Hertz desk staff, although very nice and courteous, did not know how to deal with the documentaton from autoeurope therefore this process took longer than anticipated. I had checked-in with Hertz before arrival at the desk using the online ap but this did not help at all. I have used autoeurope once before in Germany, a number of years ago, which was much quicker and a far smoother. Was not happy at all with the condition of the vehicle they had allocated - full of scratches and dents, even the drivers seat had a large rip out of it. It was impossible to check the condition once I found the car due to the amount of damage on it. This was also a high mileage vehicle. Most definitely not worth the money paid. "

" Use different cars. I had a new modell Opel astra station with a new ecoflex engine but the fuel consumption from around 10l/100km in the city is too much. Also there was a problem with the window seal in the rear and water was in the car when it rains. "
