" On arrival I went to collect the keys from the second floor car park as noted on the Autoeurope voucher. The Goldcar office in the car park was closed. It was 22.25. There was no key and go key collection machine on the car park second floor. I went down to the ground floor to the Goldcar counter where I found the machine. By now it was 22.35 and the machine stopped working at 22.30. I went to the desk and as asked to wait for the Manager. After 25 mins the manager arrived and told the counter staff to issue keys. I then could collect the car. Upon leaving the airport I noticed that it was not full of fuel. I have also now noticed that interrent have taken a payment of £8.50 on collection. The car was dirty inside. "

" Walked straight past the queues to the KeynGo machine and collected the keys - found the vehicle easily and then when dropped off we simply posted it through the postbox. Only comment would be that the link to upload all the documents (passport/driving licence) didn't work so I had to call and find out what was happening but in the end as we had previously used Goldcar they already had these details on file so didn't even need to do that. "

" Scam artists, we payed for 7 days and u won't even give us the car which we fully paid for. Plenty flights are delayed at the moment which I'm sure you are fully aware off. You wouldn't even offer a part refund. I find it shocking you won't give any money back, we never saw the car and your holding our money? Disgusting "

The location in CDG was a bit hard to find, the "key machine" did not worked as expected, but thanks to the staff initiative the process was not painful. the car was clean, easy to find and the return quick and without issues.
