" THERE WAS NO EXPERIENCE AS WAS UNAWARE OF DEPOSIT. THE WARNING WAS ONLY GIVEN ONCE PAYMENT WAS MADE AND THE SENT AS AN ATTACHMENT!! I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A REFUND BACK ONTO MY METHOD OF PAYMENT. IT WILL BE A WEEK TOMORROW! I MISSED A DAY OF WORK! SO PLEASE REFUND ASAP. I DON'T WANT TO CONTEST THIS, BUT I WILL IF FUNDS ARE NOT IN ACCOUNT BY FRIDAY 27th MAY 2022. "

" It's simple to book and the prices are lower than list price from the end supplier. It's possible you could get similar deals by shopping around and haggling with direct suppliers but why bother when this service achieves the same saving much more quickly and easily. I would also recommend becoming a member as I have made further savings this way. "

" A goiod car to drive, reasonably cheap, no staff to check car back in on a Saturday. "
" I was told the car was parked nearby and full of fuel - it wasn't full of fuel. No-one from Avis around when I returned the car (on a Saturday). I would reccomend Avis, just not Avis EMA. "

" I oredered a Corsa - yet was given an Astra! Too big, and not a great car. The passernger side rear door was badly scratched, and there were many marks on the paintwork (which Eyropcar would not type on the paperwork). The drop off was outside the Europcar compound and the Europcar phone system would not allow me to speak to a person in the Leicester office. I won't use Europcar again "

" I was shocked to have to pay 40 pounds on top of the hire fee because I was not returning the car to the same place it was hired from. As Hertz is a country wide company I feel this was excessive. I will not be using this company again when I need to hire a car which I do regularly as I live in France. . "
