" Cheapest option for a reason! Filled up the car at a gas station in order to redeliver it with a full tank but the gas meter didn't move. Clearly it was broken. Nonetheless, they charged us a fee for redelivering the car with less gas. Even after explaining the situation to the manager and agreeing to waive the fee they still went ahead and charged us. "

" Paid a silly price of just £24 for a weeks rental so pretty happy with that. Seeing as Roads on Mykonos are like the surface of the moon I wouldn't want to be driving a nice new car about. "

" Unfortunately the condition of the car was not great at all. It had the usual dings and scratches all around the car which I had to video just to make sure every scratch was noted. However when started to drive it, it had Oil Inspection notification on the dash. Also breaks were NOT great at all. including the hand brakes. "

" Although autoeurope price was competitive, the experience of waiting in the dark in an unlit compound with our baggage for over 30 minutes was wholly unacceptable and blue motion let you down. However, on returning the car their rep did drop us off at the airport saving us a 200m walk in blazing sunshine. "
" Arrived at pick up time to find office closed at 8pm although sign on door said 9pm closing...luckily rental office across road saw us and came to help..he had mobile number of one of blue motion staff who he rung and said they would be there in 10 minutes...20 minutes later girl arrived looking like she had just got out the shower and was dressed for a night clubbing ! She apologised and said she thought pick up was 9pm even though her paperwork and mine said 8pm. Asked for compensation upgrade and was given an auto skoda citygo...hardly an upgrade ! "

" Auto euro did not get involved with my problem "
" Car was old , however I could of lived with that but the clutch was burnt out , ready to go anytime , went back with car, they agreed to change car , but not refund me with the 1/2 tank petrol , the car they wanted to give me then was more than 5 years old, that was not acceptable, we had to return later to get a suitable car, which we did , then everything was ok , however I just dont want to spend valuable hours of my holiday dealing with sub standard cars. "

" I had taken the full insurance to make sure I wouldn't have any unexpected costs during my stay. Two days before drop off I had a flat tyre which someone came to change but didn't put new tyre and put the spare tyre instead. As a result I couldn't do anything the last day as I didn't want to drive with no spare tyre (especially with the road conditions in Mykonos). When I gave back the car the lady who checked it told me I might be charged for the flat tyre and I had to argue to explain that I specifically asked if tyres were included in the insurance when I took it. She told me her manager would decide if I get charge or not which I find unacceptable when you sell an insurance to your customer mentioning everything is covered and confirming even the tyres when I specifically ask. After 20 minutes of discussing I was finally told I wouldn't be charged but that was a very unpleasant experience. "

" It was arranged for collection at Mykonos Airport with a person holding a name board. Our flight was 10 mins late landing so I wasn't able to phone ahead to advise and there was nobody waiting for us. Had to phone the local office who said someone would be with us in 10 mins. After 20 mins a man appeared with an Enterprise Board but told us to walk to the office which was not on the airport premises and his English was poor. He then changed his mind and took us to the Enterprise office which was nearby, He was ranting in Greek about having to collect us! We completed the paperwork, was informed there was an extra charge for an extra driver and then given the car keys. No handover given about the car! "

But I ended up paying 90 euros extra for 3 days which for another 50% charge on top of what I had already paid. This is a scam, yes is says in very small writing once you find their page that anyone under 25 will be charged this amount but the whole point in a comparison website is to price up the exact amount with no added extras. It prompted for my age and therefore assumed it was taken into account but it wasn't. Very sneaky and unprofessional. Would never use either companies again. "

" The booking process was easy, however the voucher said the Enterprise representative would be waiting in arrivals at the airport. Sadly no-one was there, so we had to call the office and they sent someone to pick us up. Sadly we ended up waiting 30 mins before being picked up. "
" Sadly I did not have a great experience with Enterprise this time. There was a long wait when we picked-up the car. I understand there was a crash on the island involving an Enterprise hire car, so I do appreciate this was outside of the staffs control. However, when we did finally get our car it was not in satisfactory condition: it was very dirty, various scratches, the air con did not work fully and on the last day of hire the acceleration became very temperamental - we had to turn the air con off completely to get any power. We did not call Enterprise as it was the last day and we were taking it back anyway. Once we turned the air con off and started/re-started the engine it seemed to drive okay, but I do not expect these issues with a hire car - it should be hired to us in mechanically working order. Very disappointed. "

" I ordered excess protection insurance on your website and got a notification to say that the transaction could not be processed. After a couple of further failed attempts I got cover with another insurer. on the day I was due to travel, I found a confirmation of cover email in my junk mail and contacted your helpdesk to cancel the cover and refund any charges - I'm still waiting for confirmation of when this will happen. "

One minor issue is that the rental office never sends someone to meet you at the airport with a sign and the phone number that Auto Europe supply on the booking voucher does not work. The office is right by the airport, though, but for someone less familiar with the local area and habits this might be problematic. "
