" Pick up at Geneva Airport (French Side) is an underground carpark. There is insufficient light to inspect vehicle and cars so crammed in its impossible to check it over. Too many pick ups in one area means negotiating out of the car park successfully is very difficult with cars parked in access roads. Pick up staff unhelpful and inaccurate - I was told my car was 'new' so didn't need checking. In fact it had 12K and had several small areas of damage. Drop off at Annecy station was similarly chaotic. There is no drop off area and cars are dropped off in an alley next to a pizza shop - if nobody else is already there already that is. This is all on a busy road with nowhere to stop to check if you're unsure where to drop off. Pretty awful really! "

" The main problem is that the address given for car return at Lyon Part-Dieu train station is incorrect. Boulevard de la Villette does not exist, it is Rue de la Villette. Even after solving that problem the address is still wrong, as is the Google maps pin provided by the QR code given when I collected the car. The correct return address is 3(I think) Rue Paul Bert. This is not a long way from the address given but not easy to sort this out and quite stressful. "

" When i hired the car in Tours i did leave my car in an unmarked bay!! the Car park your staff advised me that i might incur a fine but could not confirm this.Unfortunately when i returned the car a week later i had received a fine for 25 euros which i tried to pay but couldn't as the ticket was unreadable and not paid within the time. I estimate 100kms before the gauge was at the same point as when I picked the vehicle up. 250 Euros has been taken from my credit card and no further damage had occurred when I returned the vehicle. The vehicles nearside rear wheel bearing was very noisy and made the journey uncomfortable. Altogether probably the worst rental experience I have had and I rent 8 times per year! "

" This was a very easy and smooth rental, efficient staff at collection and they didn't push lots of extra stuff on us which was much appreciated. Car was good. We had to do a key drop for the return as had to be at airport earlier than the office opened, but all explained and the security deposit was promptly refunded. So all round happy. "

" The car rental companies don't know or like us using a third party... The systems aren't integrated and it takes ages to complete paperwork and get a breakdown of what is left to pay. "
" The car was not ready when we went to pick it up at the time we booked it for and it took 2 hours to get paperwork sorted (systems between Autoeurope and national don't seem to work) and the car was dirty and no fuel. The staff were helpful but this does not make up for the lost 2 hours. "

" I may yet be premature but I have to date received no refund due from initial 250 euros deposit which has been taken in full from my card. This may of course arrive shortly but I remain concerned. The return date being a national holiday in France I was unable to refuel as I always do close to the airport at Limoges. The car, a Toyota Ago with fuel capacity of 35 litres, was therefore returned around 60% full. I have photo evidence of this. Naturally I expect to pay for refuelling as specified in the Terms and Conditions. In every other way the car was returned in perfect condition. I look forward to my deposit less refuelling costs being returned as soon as possible. "

" Check in was at terminal 2 yet th car was at terminal 1. So it took 20 mins to get the car to us which was a bit irritating considering our email said either terminal would be fine. However staff were helpful and informed us of this and they sorted it out. The car was nice and worked flawlessly. Dropping off was very easy but there was no check of the car by staff so they could say there are dents/scratches and charge me. I'll keep an eye on my credit card. Great service, happy with the result. "
