" Appaling experience with this car hire firm. Flight slightly delayed. The rental paperwork said there would be a €40 charge for late arrivals, disappointing but i accepted it. I spoke to your call centre who said they would let them know. You and the car hire firm had the flight number. When we arrived at the airport, about 2200 so not especially late for an airport serving location, they had closed and there was no provision made for us. Tried to speak to OK Mobility whose call centre was leas than helpful. The next morning tried to call them again and got conflicting answers about what could be done. Eventually got to the car hire office (approx 0900 the next day) as i assumed the car would still be there and i could just pick it up. However, told that the rental had been cancelled, we were a no show(??) and that i would need to hire direct from them. Had mo choice as they are off airport and there were no alternatives. Cost me an extra €500 "

There was no compassion from the man who answered and the only option I was provided was to book a brand new vehicle and hope and pray that ok mobility would refund the original booking. Again, this was very much taking advantage of a customer in a vulnerable situation who had just been through the stressful process of dealing with a flight cancellation. "
" My original flight was cancelled 2 hours before departure with the next available flight 2 days later on the 28th July I called okmobility to ask if it was ok with I was 2 days late to collect the car. I said explicitly what date and time I would be able to arrive. I was assured three times by the lady on the phone that I would just have to pay a € 60 re-activation fee. Upon arriving at the okMobility counter, I was then informed the re-activation fee was only valid for 24 hours after the booking. Had the lady informed me about this on the phone, I would have made alternative arrangements. Instead I was forced to pay out over € 330 for a new car hire booking. Bearing in mind the original booking was around £175 and the new booking was for 5 days instead of the original 7. There was NO compassion at all from staff at the counter for a circumstance beyone my control. There was no recourse for the lady on the phone from okmobility who assured me THREE times that I would only have to pay a € 60 re-activation fee. This was very much taking advantage of a customer in a vulnerable situation who had just been through a very stressful couple of days following a flight cancellation. During what was supposed to be a stress-free holiday. "

So much so that I had to pay for a taxi to take to OK Mobility's rental desk a few miles away at a cost of over £31 to myself when it should have been free. Will you reimburse me this amount as the fault is entirely yours for your vague description? Doubtful. Everything at OK Mobility was good but your customer service which I phoned 3 times left a lot to be be desired. Not great for a seasoned traveler using a company likes yours for the first and probably last time. Please look at your directions for pick up at Nice airport. "

" You sold me a care hire for a company that closed less than 50 minutes after my flight details (which you had) their last shuttle ran 35 minutes after my flight was scheduled to arrive. My flight was delayed by 25 minutes. Waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes before realising it was no longer running and the hire place was already closed. Called the out of hours number, nobody answered after 35 minutes, nobody called back when I elected the call back. When I followed up during the business day I spoke with a woman who was combative and rude, telling me it was my fault and I should have notified AE that the flight was slightly delayed and I was unreasonable. Refused a refund or any remedy, disgusting!!!! "

" OKMobility did not honour the contract that I agreed with AutoEurope. They wanted to put a hold on Eur1200 instead of Eur900, and then said that if I paid Eur132 they wouldn't hold any deposit at all and that I would get Eur100 back when I returned the car. They said it was for full insurance, and when I said that I had already paid AutoEurope extra for the full insurance, they said that it wasn't valid. I was very tired after my flight and just wanted to get to my hotel, and unless I agreed to their demands I wasn't going to get a car, so reluctantly I paid them. They did not return the Eur100 at all so the hire cost me an additional Eur132 more than I had already paid AutoEurope! "
