" Great customer service on pick up. The only issue was we were told there was damage to the passenger side, but not what it was. On reviewing the car, this did not match the description later given to me, and there was a small worry that I would be charged for this. Drop off was easy out of hours using the thekey drop, although I had to chase them for completion of outstanding balance. "
