" Washer fluid level in car was low and ran out after first use. We had to fill it on first day. Overall the experience was good and would use again. "

" On returning the car to Helsinki Airport we went into the wrong car park entrance and spent about 40 minutes trying to find the drop-off point for the car. The directions and signposting were very confusing. "

" Would have been very useful if your staff knew how to amend Renault's warning systems to communicate in English rather than Finnish. Also surprised to have to pay for a cheap child's booster seat - safety for children is not usually charged "
