" The only problem we had was on collection at an automated machine. The Auto Rental voucher code was not recognised, it needed to be a Hertz booking number which fortunately after much searching I managed to find on an email. Please quote the Hertz number on your voucher. "

" Auto Europe is my go-to provider. I rarely consider anyone else as you always have good rental companies pretty much everywhere I go (I can think of only one or two exceptions a few years ago). Value is good and the administration very professional, clear, timely. The refundable excess option is good although if that could be bought annually for regular renters like me it'd be great or if preferential rates for zero deductibles from the renters could be negotiated as an option that would be great. "
" A perfect rental overall. I only scored value 8 as rentals are extremely expensive in Norway generally - not to criticise Hertz as they were the cheapest/best value and their service was excellent. "
