" You need to make customers aware of which rental office to collect the car from. How was I supposed to know that I should go to Hertz to collect my car?? "
" I wasn't aware that I needed to look for a Hertz office at the airport, not an AutoEurope or Thrifty. This caused me a lot of stress at the start of my holiday. "

" We have been customers of Auto Europe for a number of years and have no complaints with the experience and service provided. "
" Whilst we were supposed to collect our car from "Thrifty" our hire car was actually fufilled by "Hertz". The car provided was a VW Golf with nearly 50,000 km on the clock (probably near the end of service as a hire car) but it served us well for the 15 days of the hire. "

" Great car and the Hertz team in Helsinki were excellent. Also helped me to book an extra day for a reasonable price after the auto Europe team told me it wasn't possible without amending the price of the whole booking. "
