" When i checked in I found that I'd accidentally booked for the next day but the agent was a able to find me a car. And when I needed an extra day, they arranged that too. I was very impressed by the flexibility and sympathy shown by the agent with whom I interacted. "

" All excellent- except for a bad experience when checking back in. An insignificant scratch on the plastic offside wheel arch was picked upon by the Europcar guy who wanted to escalate this to a charge.. I tried to remind him that one of his colleagues (who was there when I checked out) had mentioned this scratch on check out. The guy's memory was poor and it "wasn't on the paper". It was only when I insisted on getting his colleague to verify my version that the issue was resolved. I had independent insurance anyway, but this was an irritating episode. "

" Unsatisfactory, especially as I could have been told about the change of pick up / drop off much sooner. "
" Car pick up location was changed at the last minute which was very inconvenient. Also I had to return the care to the same location which was 3 miles from the railway station. When I queried it I was told to get a taxi or an Uber!! "

" The Enterprise address and telephone number were incorrect on the booking confirmation, nobody at York, train station (England) knew where Enterprise was. We booked with Auto Europe to hire a car from the train station, instead we had to walk 15 minutes to collect the car. We have written to Auto Europe regarding this, we would not use Auto Europe in the future! "

" Two things shocked and disappointed me: 1. The York pickup was falsely advertised as being at York Station, when in fact it was a 20 min walk from there. The only reason I went to York was that I planned to pickup a car from the station. I had to walk through the rain, with a 3 year-old and two items of luggage. 2. Having returned the car to Inverness I received an £30 invoice for cleaning. Apart from a few crumbs on the seat the car was in perfect and clean condition. "

" The company premises are run down and down a dark street which i didnt feel safe to walk down on a night . The business premises are of a poor standard and when i went to the collection area there was one employee only and he ignored me until he finished hoovering out a car . The bell on the wall to alert the staff member of my presence didnt work. When i eventually got my car it wasnt valeted to a very high standard. The car was new though with only a few thousand miles in it . "

" Relatively efficient pick up procedure. Almost new car. Closed Sunday despite Auto Europe confirmation stating they are open but actually it worked better as drop off was in the station car park which was much nearer. Negative though is that the invoice was incorrect and we were initially charged for an extra day and a late return fee when neither was applicable. "

" I woud have liked confirmation em ali that the rental car had been successfully collected as I left it as instructed inYork station Leeman Road carpark, the Hertz spaces were taken so had to leave parked further along with a parking ticket and asit was Sunday afternoonI left the keys inthe box recommended but I found it a worry. It may well be advised to take the car back to the office car park at 8 am next day as an alternative. Otherwise lovely car and easy process Thank you "

" When I returned the car I mentioned the seats where filthy the response was we are very busy so we go for quantity turn around not quality you cannot run a business with that attitude luckily it was just me in the car, a bit of retraining for the velet crew might not go amiss "

" More accurate sizing necessary when selecting a vehicle online. We had a Vauxhall which was underpowered and much larger than anticipated. Made things difficult at times on narrow British roads Were given no instruction regarding operation of the vehicle and there was no manual supplied. Dropoff in Bath was a half hour walk from town, would have hoped for a more central location "
