" Spoilt by the confusion over the pick up time. "
" Unfortunately, when I arrived to collect my car there was no one available and the desk was closed and locked for the night. I had to phone a contact number and tell them I had arrived. They had assumed that I was coming in on a flight that arrived at 21.00 and when I didn't show they locked up and went home. However, it clearly showed on my pick up documents that pick up time was 22.30. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and give me my car. "

" Everything was fine except the condition of the car - it was dirty inside and needed to be vacuumed. The surfaces were smeared as if wiped with a dirty damp cloth. Not very encouraging when we are all forced to make so many sacrifices for COVID - the least I'd expect is for the car to be clean inside. "

" The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English as well. Had to wait a little while for the person to take us out to the car and the child seat we booked was broken so had to go back in and swap it over which tok a while as the next one we were offered was also broken! Other than that the location was excellent (car was picked up and dropped off right next to the airport) and the car was as expected. Overall a good experience. "
