All vehicles in the Bunk Campers fleet are 100% company-owned and less than 2 years old. They are supplied by leading manufacturers from across Europe, which always means that a very high level of quality, reliability and security is guaranteed. Besides being able to offer their customers nine different types of campervan and motorhome for hire, Bunk Campers' depots are open 7 days a week and are all located close to major airports in Ireland and the UK, thus making it very easy for travellers to get on the road as soon as possible and start enjoying their dream holiday.

Insurance

All Bunk Campers' vehicles come with fully comprehensive insurance covering third party liability for personal injury and material damage. The amount of excess is between €1,700 and €2,600 depending on the model. This amount will be blocked on the client's credit card at the time of pick-up as a security deposit. Cash or pre-paid credit cards are not accepted. The supplier also has some additional insurance options available in order to reduce the amount of excess payable. If you are planning to travel on mainland Europe, then please be aware that "Continental Europe Coverage" must be purchased in advance. All additional insurance options can be selected during the booking process.

Which additional items are offered?

A motorhome hire with Bunk Campers includes everything you'll need for self-catering on board your vehicle, including mugs, glasses, a kettle, cooking pots and pans, cutlery, a tin- and bottle-openers and various kitchen utensils. A range of other optional items are available, such as a GPS navigational system, child- and booster-seats, table and chairs, etc, all of which can be pre-booked for a small fee. The supplier also offers some additional packages that include linen, bedding and other practical items. In the event of your flight arriving after closing time or departing very early in the morning, it is possible to arrange an after-hours pick-up (available until 7.30pm) or early drop-off from 07.30 am onwards. Important things to keep in mind when hiring a campervan with Bunk Campers

Standard insurance is provided with all vehicles for drivers aged 25-69. The main driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years, which entitles him or her to drive a B-category vehicle. A valid ID card or passport and a credit card must also be shown at the time of pick-up. The supplier also offers insurance for senior drivers aged 70-74 and for young drivers aged 21-24 (only with the Roadie campervan model), for which an additional fee is payable
