Also I feel very ripped off for a late pick up charge, don`t hide this in the small print be clearer up front when you request the pick up time. If you feel it is necessary to make this charge then don`t try and charge double of what is stated in the small print!!!! "
" We arrived to collect the car at East Mdlands airport. The instructions on where to get picked up were none existent. I called them and they said to wait, we were originaly standing at the hotel courtesy bus stop which seemed logical as the counter is based at the Hilton Hotel , luckily I double checked and asked the question , and was told we were in the wrong place , its a good job I asked as no one thought to volunteer this essential information . The car that picked us up was very poorly branded so we had to keep asking people who pulled over if they were Green Motion. I had regostered collection time as being around 18.00 when our flight landed , we got to the desk at 19.00 and were told we had a 75 pound late collection fee to pay , which I have never had to do before! Eventually it was reduced to 36 pounds which is actually what the charge was in the small print of the contract . I feel like they were trying it on to extract as much as possible from us and the other client at the desk. Frankly I feel ripped off and felt the servcie was terrible! "

What I know is that I requested and paid for this service. Wehad to walk to their office in the rain with a 2 year old. Also when I returned the car there was one person at the counter who was bust with people and therefore could not check the car condition. "

" Although booked online had to stand outside Porto cabin while waiting to be attended to car was dirty outside although easirent swore it had been. Car itself was good. On drop off easirent employee shouted instructions from Porto cabin and together with another custermer boarded my hire vehicleand proceeded to drive to airport questioning me on whether I had topped fuel to full, when I explained that on receipt of vehicle the tank was only 3/4 full, and that it was if he cared to look nearly full. He also dropped us at bus stop near airport and told us to catch bus to terminal which would be free, the bus was not in fact free and we had to pay 1 pound each not what expected, ony previous occasion with a variety of car hire we have been dropped off in quick drop off which is close to terminal. Although I have shared my comments with I will be very surprised if I get any apologies, but I live in hope. "

" We landed just before midnight so rang the office to say we were on our way. Lucy was so cheery and helpful. The car we reserved wasn't available so we were offered a free upgrade. Lovely touch. We were asked not to smoke in the car. As NON SMOKERS we welcomed this. However, despited a clear sign in the car, someone previously hiring the car had evidently ignored this. We used air fresheners and it did improve slightly. We reported this when handing back the car. Pick up and return as well as original booking and confirmation call were all efficient. We understand the shuttle bus service will cease at the end of the month. Obviously not your company's decision, but the car rental facilities are too far from the airport for this not to become a problem for travellers. The airport and facilities there are appalling. Thank you for making the experience better. "

" It was OK but I have a critic, I rented first time at greenmotion, when I drop off the car a stuff investigated car very detailed, cleaned dust on the car with his hand for trying to find like scratch etc.. Disappointed situation for me because when I drop off to Hertz sometimes they didn't even investigate. He found a minor scratch and told me it will be charge if you don't have insurance. I had insurance and no charged for me but I surprised because difficult to see it and I don't know who did this maybe me but mostly I didn't. They showed me the car firstly but I didn't investigate detailed minor things also your stuff too and also any customer don't do. Seems like a tricky even if you don't. "

However, Easirent contacted me in several occasions during the rental period asking for documentation they said was required even though I bought full insurance costing over £400 for a 10 day rental. When I returned the car the person did not know what kind of coverage I had and had to check. The car was due for servicing as the servicing light was on from the start. Not happy with the service.. Easirent is not easy as it wants to sound. "

" my flight was delayed which I didnt think would be an issue as I had put my flight details on the booking so assumed the flight would be tracked. When I arrived the terminal office was closed and a member of staff for another company told me to go to the car park where the cars are kept to collect my key. When I arrived there by bus (which I didnt expect to have to get - one of the reasons I booked with you was because it said on airport pick up rather than shuttle bus, which is misleading) the office there was closed to. I asked someone in one of the other portacabins where the staff were and he told me she had gone to the terminal as she didnt like to be at the car park when it was dark. I phoned her on the number on the door and she was not at all apologetic and told me I had to go back to the terminal building. As there was no bus imminently I had to walk back to the terminal to get the key then go all the way back to the car park to collect the car. When I asked her why she had not waiting for me in the first place at the terminal she said that she had checked my flight and thought it had come in on time. very odd because then I would have expected a phone call to find out why I had not arrived to collect the vehicle. I am not at all impressed with the service. "

" We had to change the duration of the car hire a couple of hours after we had booked it. We were unable to change it online so had to call the call centre. we had to try several times before we could get through but once we got through the staff were friendly but they could not give us the same price as on the internet so they cancelled it for us and we rebooked on the internet. It was late and the chap on the desk was becoming increasingly frustrated at the system's failings: "I don't need this at this time of night, and neither do you" was said three times. Due to VW having recalled the Polo for its central rear seatbelt fault we were subjected to upselling to larger vehicles. We did not appreciate the wry suggestion that one of the options was available in black. As a result, it took over an hour for us to process the vehicle hire which impacted our journey and arrival time in Lincoln. By contrast, the drop off was smooth, efficient and very professional. "

" I rented a car with you from Glasgow the week before. On arrival I was asked for two letters with my home address on them. I was not aware that this was necessary as even though I regularly rent cars I have never been asked before. so I could not rent the car and had to take a taxi back to my relative at a high cost. If this two letter policy is in effect it should be highlighted to clients. When I called auto europe I was eventually able to cancel the car if I paid you 25 GBP as a gesture of "goodwill". I don't see a lot of goodwill in that. Auto Europe and Easirent might want to improve their business practices and customer service or end up being considered objects of hate like Ryanair. "
" I returned the car in perfect condition as agreed on 16th August and they have still not returned my deposit of 1250 GBP to my credit card 4 days later. I had to sign a form on arrival at the desk to agree that easirent would charge me a full days rental if I was over 15 minutes late returning the car. A normal car rental company gives clients an hours grace period. I was given an automatic car even though I did not request it and would have preferred a manual. Please contact Easirent and insist that they return my deposit. "

" My issue is with your £1,200 insurance excess. I was told by your counter staff that in the event of any damage to to the car (even a puncture) the whole £1,200 would be taken from my credit card. Consequently I was pressured into taking out additional insurance. I was only when I returned the car (in perfect condition) and complained was I told that the balance of the £1,200 would be returned after the cost of repair had been deducted.
