" I was told at reception that my hired car was a petrol car - in fact it was a hybrid and I have never driven a hybrid before, and had no idea about charging etc. I have no idea how much the rental is going to cost me. The office location is very far from arrivals, and there is no transport provided. Directions given to me in the airport took me a very long way around making it doubly frustrating. You need a map, directions, and estimated walking time for customers at time of rental on the internet. "

" Very good, only one very minor fault - the car was displaying a warning light on the dash, which was unfamiliar to me. Thanks to Google I found it was a low tyre pressure warning. I pumped up all the tyres to the correct pressure, but the light remained on the dash. "

" I'm not satisfied that I got charged twice. The people at the desk said that my arrangement with the broker is not their business. I will be following up on this. "
" The Car was good but the service when collecting the car was poor. I got charged for an extra day because I was 19 minutes early collecting the car. I got it changed after a discussion. They also did not have on record about the voucher and I got charged twice. Once by you and once by Europcar. "

" I can't change "very likely" to very unlikely in the box above. The car hire business is corrupt, lies, misleads and misinforms it's customers and I don't ever want to hire a car from you again. "
" When I bought additional insurance on the website I thought I had 100% insurance cover. When I picked the car up I was told I needed to pay £32 a day extra for full insurance. This is typical of the misleading selling of car hire present throughout the car hire business. I have never come across any other business that is allowed to mislead customers in this obscene way. "

" With each car there was a cheaper and more expensive option - the more expensive one was with full protection with extensive coverage including wheels, underside and roof, but at the checkout it turned out that if I want to reduce the costs of possible repairs from 1,200 to 350 pounds I have to pay it again - extra 130 pounds. Additionally - when choosing economy class cars I decided not for the cheapest Vauxhall, but a slightly larger Fiat - in the end I got Vauxhall anyway, because they didn't have a Fiat in the rental shop. I am very disappointed of that not nice surprises. "

" My only comment was not having driven an automatic car before. It would have helped to have a leaflet explaining what was different. I worked it out in the end, but that was quite stressful. I don't think I requested an automatic. If I had known in advance I could have prepared myself for it. "

" We have used Easirent at East Midlands Airport several times now. We have also used most of the other companies. Easirent is our favourite. The staff are pleasant, they pick you up at the airport rather than having to take the bus to the new parking village and there place is 5 minutes away at the services. They always go round the car with you to look for damage and often point out things I miss, unlike other companies who tell you there is no damage and you have to go back to report it yourself. I sometimes wonder how the staff can miss the damage but then it's probably that they can't be bothered to fill in the paperwork. So Easirent is our first choice. "

" When booking online I input WI9184 in flight info. Because this was incorrect prefix,should have been FR Firefly did not receive this although it was printed on my voucher. I arrived at desk at 00.10 and the staff had gone as they did not have flight details. If they had received this info even incorrect they would have waited because the only flight into East Midlands that day was the Ryanair one and they would have recognised the flight number. The result was a £72 taxi fare and had to rent a car the following day from Sheffield. Your comments would be appreciated. P J Gilbert "

" I am completely disappointed by your service as this reservation appeared not to be valid. When we arrived to pick up at East Midlands Airport from Herz, there was no car available. This made us make another hire through another company and pay once again, have to wait additional few hours and waste half of our day. Herz said to be cancelling and fully refunding my money but I have not received any proof they have done so a week later. This is unacceptable behaviour not to mention that no one compensated me for the trouble your system caused me. "
