We were aware that we would need a credit card in my partner's name (the booking was made in his name as he would be the primary driver) as this information was clear in the document. " Even though my flight was stated to arrive after 9pm, they were going to charge a EUR 50 charge for dealing with transaction after 9pm. They were going to charge extra EUR 20 for cleaning and EUR 30-40 for taking the car on a ferry. They also were stating other fees which we have to pay. The car cost was becoming 4x the actual cost of the hire. We decided in the end not to rent the car at all, because economically it was not worth it. Also, the instruction to get to the place was not clear, it was hidden in a side road with no lights and no visible big sign to say where it is. We spent 20 mins trying to find the place. "

" At the end of the rental period, a couple of very small stone chips were discovered on the rental car and as I did not take out any additional insurance, these were deemed as a chargeable additional repair cost. While I believe basic small stone chips should be absorbed in the cost of a rental car, I understand that that is within the T's & C's. What is an absolute scandal and rip-off is the cost I was charged to repair two very small stone chips (even if they end up getting repaired!). I was charged 690 Euros which is a joke! In the UK a mobile car repair specialist would charge 150-200 Euros maximum, and it would take no more than an hour to do. The fact that they have you in the airport carpark when you return your car when you are under extreme time pressure prior to a flight home makes it even more difficult to challenge them. The total hire cost of the car was circa 400 euro for 9 days so to charge 690 Euros for a repair is clearly where they make their money. I was promised that I would be sent a number of documents straight away about the repair and cost so I could either challenge it or see if I had insurance elsewhere and to date a week on I have received nothing. I would avoid this company at all costs!!! "

" If you're going to align yourselves with rental companies, specifically Garage, that feel this level of treatment towards customers is acceptable, I'll obviously be recommend people avoid so as they do not experience what I had to. "
" Just an absolute horror when it came to sorting the holding charge for the vehicle. Without a satisfactory resolution which cost us far more than is reasonably acceptable. To understand the level of frustration we endured at the start of our holiday, I shall take you back to the point of booking the cars.... Our initial booking was via third party and we included insurance for the vehicles through them. Paying for insurance with the third party company at the time of booking, pretty common practice. All was well at this point. However, the rental company, Garage, tried to claim this wouldn't cover us at the time of collection and tried to get us to pay a further nigh-on 200 Euro's for some insurance charge they appear to have made up on the spot as well as a holding charge. Luckily our friend who made the booking for us noticed this was happening and intervened. The real gripe with this company though was because of the utter horror that I had to endure. When I offered up my credit card for the holding sum, it was refused due to being out of date, ok fair enough, my bad. But, when asking if another of our party could front the credit card, or if they could use my debit card for the holding charge; both of these options being fine in multiple other countries and with multiple other rental companies, we were told no, has to be a credit card, has to be a credit card in the name of the named driver.... I was left with no other option but to be forced into paying a drastically inflated charge of 405 Euros. That's at least double the industry average for a full payment of insurance and other coverages. The 405 Euros was for premium insurance, premium breakdown cover, a cleaning charge, and a prepaid tank of fuel. The rental company attendant also claimed that any fines for parking or speeding would also be resolved and covered in this cost which, as much as I was tempted to test, did not as I'm sure this was just another lie made up to try and get us in some kind of trouble over. Overall, the car was fine, except they didn't even fill the screen wash up. Returning the vehicle was smooth with no further issues. I left the tank empty and the car was filthy from being packed under tree's and driving on dusty roads. but even still, if you get a car rented out by Garage, try to get that changed ASAP. "

As a hire car company you would expect car cleaning for reasonable usage to be included in the price as with other companies but it is not. Another member of my party ordered a car with a full tank of fuel. He was given a car with less than half and told return it with the same amount. When he did he was charged 30 euros to fill it up and told at the desk there was nothing they could do. I would not use this company again it was very shoddy. "

" The rental location was initially difficult to locate but after finally finding it everything was dealt with in a polite and professional manner. My only issue is when the initial terms state the vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned the same at the end of the rental. When you then collect the car and the tank is only a quarter full it is unfair on the renter as it is not as easy to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel in the tank. We ended up returning the vehicle with over half of fuel resulting in the vehicle hire company benefitting from over a quarter of a tank of fuel as reward for failing to comply with the original terms of the rental contract. " The first vehicle (Kia Stonic, Red) that we were given was in a terrible condition. Had a smashed tail light, big dents, huge scratches and in a very shabby and misused condition. We were eventually able to change the vehicle after being told we had no further options but we refused to accept the first vehicle due to safety concerns. The second vehicle (VW Taigo, Blue) was still a bit beaten up but all the lights were fine and having stood in the cold and dark for almost an hour, we accepted this one. " I was unhappy at purchasing the extra insurance, only to be told at Garage that it was useless and that the car was insured through them, not auto Europe. As this was a bit of a shock I ended up taking out one of their excess policy's costing me an extra £150 on top of the additional £50 that had been paid to auto Europe to upgrade. The small print of my auto Europe contract does state that my cover was a claim back process for the insurance but this is not really how it was sold and I had to properly search to find this information after I had paid unnecessary additional money. I felt this was in essence mis sold and definitely soured my experience with Auto Europe. "

" On arrival we were upgraded to a brand new saloon car with less than 3000km on clock.As good as the vehicle was, I felt obliged to take out the full excess waiver insurance because of the new vehicle. I also got talked into upgrading the fuel policy from full to full as booked originally, to a reduced price full to empty,an option I think was mis-sold on the size of the upgraded vehicle. On returning the vehicle at the end of the trip on five heights full, I enquired about a refund unsuccessfully. The upgraded vehicle cost an extra 167 euros in insurance and fuel,which I regret incurring. Next time I will stick with the originally ordered small car. "

I felt made uncomfortable, hence no full marks despite the Oryx service otherwise being fine. "

I was charged Euro 100 despite making clear that I did not agree to the damage. I was also told that I would not loose money becausr I had the excess insurance! I am suspicious that the company tries to make extra money with charging repair for nearly invisible "scratches" from people with excess insurance because they think those customers will accept the charges. " Everything was fine until the point of drop off. They advertise the desk as being staffed/open 24 hours at the time of purchase. This was one of the main reasons we chose them. We arrived at around 20.30 to drop off the car and have the car inspected before catching our flight home. No-one was at the desk. It was locked up with the lights left on. An A4 sheet of paper with a mobile telephone number on it was left on the counter inside a transparent plastic sleeve. It instructed to ring for anything urgent. I rang the number and was told to put the keys in the box and the car would be checked the next day. I pointed out that the car could potentially be damaged in the interim (someone scraping it whilst parking etc) and it might be suggested I am liable for the cost of any damages on the car. I also pointed out that the main reason we chose unirental was the advertised 24 hour desk service. They told us not to make a fuss as this was normal. However, I was standing in the airport looking at another car rental who had staff at their desk so why wasn't there someone at this one as was advertised at the time I purchased. This put us in a difficult position. I was then told they'd send me an email confirmation of the inspection on the following day. I pointed out this presented us with a problem as we had agreed to have this sorted before flying home. They said not to worry. Everything would be fine! As a result we couldn't cancel our insurance in case the car was damaged in the interim and it'd be alleged that it happened during the rental period . This cost us money and worry about whether or not we'd be getting charged for any damages after we got home. I rang again the next day as I also hadn't received the email confirmation that had been promised. I was told it'd be sent but it never arrived. I checked spam folders etc. My partner also contacted them and gave her email etc and the same promises were made but nothing arrived. We were both polite & courteous on the phone but simply couldn't make any progress. In summary, you cannot be certain at the time of drop off whether or not you have to deal with issues relating to extra charges for any kind of damages until after you get home. And promises made to send through confirmation of the inspection are do not actually happen. This makes things a waste of time, unprofessional & inconsiderate. This isn't what was advertised and paid for or agreed in advance. Either this is the company policy or the person on the desk just does whatever they like to suit themselves. Either way, it shows contempt & arrogance towards customers who are in a weak position at the time of the drop off & have to catch their flight. "

In a car of this terrible condition I told her that it would have certainly been marked already. She denied this and walked off. I have had previous bad experiences with this company and thought that I could save a few pounds by using them and taking pictures of the car - but in the end they still managed to rip me off. NEVER BOOK WITH GOLDCAR!!! "

" The staff member giving out the cars was refusing to allow customers the cars they had paid for unless they took out expensive insurance- this happened to the two couples before us who were very unhappy but could not otherwise get their cars. We told him we did not want the extra insurance as we have a separate car hire insurance policy that fully covers us. He put it on our bill anyway and this doubled the cost of our car hire without our agreement. This is a scam and fraud - intimidation. On our return there was nobody waiting to collect the cars. We waited 1 hour and nearly missed our plane boarding. The woman asked us why we didn't just leave the car - because we don't trust you not to try to scam us again! I would never use Goldcar again and I am actively recommending people not to use Goldcar by word of mouth and review forums. Shocking customer service and fraudulent intimidatory practices "

" After Thomas Cook collapsed I called AutoEurope to explain how I had arranged new flights and would arrive at 10pm the same evening instead of in the afternoon.. Your Customer service rep was unsympathetic and abrasive on the phone. He told me I would have to cancel my booking, rebook and pay again then make a claim on my travel insurance. This was totally wrong and just a profiteering lie. I called Alamo directly after finishing my call with your company and they changed the booking immediately without any penalty. "
" Office is in the airport but the drop off point is not. This was not clear from adverts and exactly the opposite of why I picked Alamo. It's also difficult to find as Alamo seems to be taken over by Enterprise and this is not clear anywhere. Although staff in Split were friendly and available on the phone I had cause to deal with Zadar and they hardly ever answered the phone. My car was badly scratched in most places and the front lights were out of alignment but it was the "only one available" when I picked up so I had no choice... it had not been cleaned either. I also was forced to pay €80 extra to return it to Split after picking up in Zadar this was the fault of the Split Office because they closed and left us without a car at 1:15 am in the morning after our flight was diverted to Zadar for refuelling after bad weather. Split office later claimed they waited until 1 am but as my wife required special assistance to leave the aircraft we were the last off and they went home and left us without a car. This cost me an extra £150 in taxi fare to get us to our villa. We were badly let down by Alamo on all counts. "

After 5 min another person called asking me to ask the other company to receive the car. That other company office was closed too, so he said he would call someone to drop me at the airport(because their office is located few yards far from the airport) and if the car was ok without damages, to leave the keys hidden in a wheel!!!. And I was free to go. Of course, I didn't want to leave the car without previous inspection from the "company", I wanted my deposit back! So I said no, I want somebody here To check the car is really ok. He said "ok wait for me but, it will take me a few minutes" I couldn't wait due to I had an aircraft to get. I'm not sure that is legal, or accurate, when I have returned the car after 7 days. The agent at the car pick up point told me I had to photograph any damage on the car before I left as they had no record of it. It was dark so I photographed as best I could, he then marked any damage that I had found onto the paperwork. This was most unusual, usually the agents have a form already filled out with damages. When I returned the car, it wasn't inspected at all, the agent simply said everything would be fine so I had her sign to that effect. I'm not disappointed in the service, it just appears that they are looking to catch people out if damage is not spotted, rather than provide an honest service. "

" I have used autoeurope before in other countries and always been pleased. This experience was well below the standard I have come to expect from autoeurope. I still feel I am owed £80 from being forced to take out additional excess insurance that I had already paid for. "
" Upon arrival at the desk I was informed that the extra I had paid with autoeurope to get the next level of excess insurance wasn't recognised and no matter what I showed them I was told I had to pay extra for their version. To avoid leaving an £1100 pound deposit I had to pay carwiz an extra £80 for something I had already paid autoeurope for. I was then told I could pay £65 pounds to have the fuel tank topped up on my return and that it would be cheaper than going to a garage. I declined this as I thought it was extortionate for a 1 litre car. After doing hundreds of miles it actually cost me £28 pounds to top the car up at a garage. When I finally paid the insurance I'd already paid for as I was told I had little choice, I was taken to a car that was dirty inside and out. There were numerous scratches too and a scuffed hub cap, which they tried to claim I had done when I returned the car. The inside had hand prints of sun tan cream all over and was in desperate need of a vacuuming. Fortunately I took photos of the car when I collected it, and was able to prove that I hadn't done the damage they were claiming. This process took a long time and almost made us late for our plane. I have used autoeurope before and been very pleased, however this experience was terrible. "

Car had a number of dints / deep scratches on, so had to check very carefully, but have to say, the person checking the car with me was very good and efficient. The car worked fine, did 750km in it over a couple of days, just a bit disappointing it wasnt the Karoq. "

I explained I had additional cover already purchased from the UK and he told me I'd wasted my money, then proceeded to tell me that the amount to be blocked would be double what Auto Europe had said unless I took out the Relax Insurance. He made a long list of monetary items that I would be expected to pay - trying to intimidate me to pay the 22euros per day relax insurance. He also told me the amount blocked would be for the period of rental plus 30 days unless I took out the Relax insurance. We ordered a small car with AC but got a Fiat Panda without AC - and was told the extra amount blocked was because we had a bigger car - this was their car choice for us, not ours! When we dropped the car off, the drop off point had changed - another few minutes in the car. Whilst it was efficient at drop off - more signage would have been helpful to avoid wasted time before catching the flight home (it was a longer walk to the terminal). I have yet to receive an email with the sign off from Goldcar confirming this booking but they confirmed that all was good. "

When I said yes, he then highlighted a box which said additional options may be payable on collection. He then told me to call the auto Europe office at UK, knowing they are shut. When I explained that I was not prepared to pay such an expensive cost for an out of date bit of technology. I would be happy to use my sat nav on my mobile and use my data for the week. He said fine, but you are still paying the cost. I said no it's OK, please remove. He flat line refused and said he would cancel my booking. I asked if I could speak to his manager. He smugly said he's not in. He then moved on to additional insurance. Atuo eurpo already warned me they would try and sell me additional insurance which they explained I would not need as I had upgraded to the higher level of cover. Again the rental advisor at gold car was not happy and tried to say I was not covered apart from collision damage. I must take out the additional cover for dent scratches etc. When I said it was not needed he said they would block my card for 39 days for €1600 as there would no doubt be damaged caused to the vehicle. He then decided I could not have the vehicle unless I paid for the Tom Tom gps. He knew I would be stranded at the airport as the other rental offices at the airport were closed. I told him he was ripping me off, and I had no choice but to pay the additional cost. As my hotel was an hour and half away and a taxi would have cost absolutely fortune. She rang through and said there was no problem & they are aware of these dents. I asked when the pending deposit payment for damages put on my credit card would be lifted. " The car stunk of cigarettes, after a week of leaving windows open and doors open it still smelt bad. Please introduce a guaranteed none smoking car. The child and baby seats stunk of cigarettes. I washed the baby seat cover in the shower and the water ran yellow with nicotine for 3 minutes. That is disgusting. A baby should not have to breathe that much second hand smoke. Also the child and baby seats were really old, and possibly unsafe. Certainly I could buy better off eBay for £10. All car hire firms should fit isofit car seats now as all cars have isofit points. I know that most don't but really they should not be charging £50 or £100 to hire seats that used or that cheap and nasty. The staff were all lovely. On arrival it was very slow to do paperwork. 20+ minutes. Surely they could do 90% of this online and speed it up. "

There was a small hitch regarding meeting us at the airport but I called them and someone came to us straightaway. Once at their 'depot' they were very helpful and made sure we were fully familiar with the vehicle before we left. The car was great and almost brand new. Return was very efficient and easy. If you want a glossy, luxury experience this isn't the one for you as their base is effectively a yard just along the road from the airport. However, for the money we paid, I couldn't care less! It was not at all clear where "someone" was supposed to be waiting for us. Even in daylight this would have been a long walk with cases & a challenge to find. We struggled for an hour with our suitcases before finally finding it. We tried repeatedly to contact Fleet by phone but no-one answered. It was located furtherest from the terminal in a huge car park shared by 20+ other car hire companies. "

I would strongly recommend that AutoEurope does not use Fleet in Split unless they improve their operation significantly. I will never use Fleet again, personally and I will not take the chance in future that our rental car is supplied by Fleet. "
" This was the worst rental car experience I have had. There were initially no staff to provide the keys to the car in the parking lot when we arrived. The car then had two issues: (1) there was a warning light indicating no windscreen washer fluid (2) the fuel tank was not full. The responsible person said that he did not know how to fix the windscreen washer fluid, that it was normal for cars to be supplied without a full tank of fuel, and that we should return it at the same level (not easy to estimate at all when refueling). On return, the agent did not seem at all bothered by our feedback. "

" Total shambles! Rental company are NOT based at Split airport, but a short car ride away! Arrived at location and my husband was made to wait outside in a queue (along with other customers) in the blistering heat for at least an hour, with no communication from office staff sat inside. Eventually when we did manage to get inside there were 2 customers sat at the desk waiting for their people movers, but they were told that there weren't any there for them! The options offered were a) 2 smaller cars b) they could wait for 2 hours whilst they brought some down from Zagreb or c) they could cancel and get a full refund and be taken back to the airport, where they could hire another from a different company! This would obviously have been totally unacceptable to them as the costs would have been much higher! When it e entially came to our turn we were also told that there wasn't the car available that we had hired either! We had paid for a VW Polo or similar. We were initially offered a Fiat Panda (my husband is 6' 2"), which was totally unacceptable and when my husband said that he was just going to sit and wait and raise his voice loudly until they provided us with the car we had paid for, they threatened to call the police out! Eventually after much sitting (and no loud voice raising) they offered us a Hyundai i10! We accepted in the end as after nearly 3 hours of waiting we just wanted to get going, but this was still a smaller car than we had booked and we still paid the same price! I would never use this cowboy outfit again and will tell my friends/family to avoid them like the plague too! Last year we hired through Auto Europe at Ljubljana airport and the experience was so much better! "

" Those who never rented from them: there is no office at the Split airport, you need to look out for a person carrying your name - you are taken to a place a few 100 m down the road where a small office is located and where you will be given the actual detail of the deal - I am sure these are in the general conditions but who reads them in detail to be fully aware of what is coming? The insurance policy of the company is such that they block a large amount to cover damages to the car or you pay 600 EURO (ending up at 500 EURO after negotiations) to waive your responsibility in case of damages. Sure the rent is low but the insurance obliterates any apparent price advantage. I made the mistake of not comparing the terms and conditions in detail between the different companies. On the up side the company opened earlier as our flight was changed to an earlier hour (!) and we were dropped at the airport move. The staff is very friendly and communicates well. "

" Auto Europe itself was pretty good.. i just wnated to get the extra insurance up front rather than dealing with a foreign small car rental company as I expected it wasnt going to be great.. and it wasnt. I would recommend auto europe itself to a friend as it was RideCar specifically that was the huge problem.. "
" When I arrived it was late in the evening and no one was there to meet me and there was no desk to go to.. I phoned the phone number and after 20 minutes someone turned up finally to take me and my family to the RIdecar office offsite from the airport. When we got there it was very dark and it took a LONG amount of time in the office to get papers signed and out to see the car. We had to use a phone torch to go round the car trying to note any existing damage and there was quite a bit of it. We apparently missed that one of the plastic hubcaps was loose on one tyre. We also found out later that the screenwash was empty and the tyre pressures were dangerously low on 3 of the 4 tyres. I fixed the screenwash and tyre pressure issue the next day during our holiday and then uneventful after that until we returned the car. I drove back to RideCar and was met by a young guy that pointed out the loose plastic hubcap on one tyre and explained that this was damage and I would have to pay at least 300 euros for it. I explained that it was outrageous given what we have been through with this company and car already but he explained that they were all highly incentivised to find damage on car return. He also implied that giving him cash directly would make this problem go away. I had not a lot of time before checkin at the airport and had 3 young kids with me and my wife had had to return early on another flight the day before and so I gave him money to avoid the delay of paperwork and more nonsense with this terrible company. They are AWFUL !!! Honestly just an amateur and shady outfit. "

" Due to the above I had to pay for insurance twice: once when I booked with you and a further 120 euros direct to Ride Car. I would like the insurance I took out on my booking with Auto Europe reimbursing to me please as it did not make clear at the time that I would have to leave such a huge deposit (3750 euros). I have the receipts to prove payment if required. Please respond to this complaint. "
" When I collected the car Ride Car told me that the additional insurance cover I had taken out on my booking with Auto Europe did not cover everything. Even with auto europe cover they wanted to take 3750eoros as a deposit, which in the event of accident i would have to pay and then claim back from auto Europe. I was unable and unprepared to put such a large deposit on my credit card so I was forced to take out there own insurance in addition which cost me an aditional 120 euros cost and a desposit of 150 euros. They told me I should not have taken out your insurance and should just have used theirs. "

" The car was not available at the airport and after a considerable wait, we had to be taken by minibus to a car depot some way from the airport. Not at all what we expected. When we got there, RideCar has only one member of staff to process clients and we were behind a family who had arrived late and whose car had been allocated elsewhere and this took a very long time to sort out. it was already late in the evening and in the time we waited, we could have been at our eventual destination. You need to check who you are sub contracting your work out to much more closely. I hope this is not the standard of service you would normally expect from your contractors. The car itself was what we booked, but had a huge dent down the passenger side which clearly needed body shop work. After driving for one day, the oil check light came on. Surely the oil should have been checked before giving us the car? Two days in, the service inspection warning flagged up as overdue. This again, should have been addressed before we took on the vehicle. The drop off was fine. We were told to park in the free car park at Split airport, which was easy to find and drop the keys in the Nova car hire desk in the terminal - again, easy to find. "

" The pick up of the car was excellent. Very helpful and friendly young lady. However the drop off in Pula was terrible. Firstly really hard to find a place for dropping off/parking the ca. When we went to to the desk there was only one member of staff serving and there was a queue. A man came and joined the staff member but when I asked him if he cold come and check our car so we cold go for our flight he said he couldnt. I explained there were another two customers waiting to drop off but he said we would just have to join the queue! Fortunately another woman came and she took the keys from my partner. Whilst this enabled us to go for our flight it meant we were not there when the car was checked and although we know there were no problems with the car we have seen some of the reviews which said Active were saying there were marks on the car and the customers were denying this but losing their deposit anyway. It is only because of the drop off i have lowered my score, everything else was very good. I would point out that whilst the girl in Split was friendly an chatty the attitude of the two men in Pula was terrible They could do with a lesson in customer service!!. "

However, before us came a family with a lot of problems and both of the ladies stayed dealing with their problem instead of one sorting out and the other dealing with the other customers. Took about an hour to them to help us. And because we didn't have any issue took 15 min to sort out everything until we have the car. Then, need to be more organized. Another issue there wasnt any plate or staff at the drop off garage. I needed to speak with other company to find where they were. "

" Got to the rental counter and was told level of protection is different between auto europe (web booking) and Oryx (actual rental company). Almost forced into the option to pay 27 quid more to get complete protection against all damages otherwise I had to pay a deposit of 1200 EUR. I don't know if this is a common practice for rental companies but there was no prior mention of this and I felt a bit swindled. "

" We had a major argument as I booked the car on my credit card - rafik taibjee, but my partner was the person doinghte driving. we have always been able to do this provided i sign to say i take responsibility for any breakages etc. the car company could not allow this, unless i paid £70 per day for dual drivers. This was a massive issue as i had car hire excess insurance which then became invalid too if I was not the principal named driver on hte rental agreement. I offered to be the principal dirver and forget my partner driving, but they aid they would have to cancel the entire booking then. the car was filthy on pick up and had rubbish in the car, and the windscreen wiper bottle was empty which is also hazardous "

Although it was my mistake to make the reservation for the wrong day, I still expected to received a refund for the prepaid voucher. I understand that there are terms and conditions, but the simple fact of the matter is that I have paid money, Auto Europe has not been charged and RIDECAR have not provided any service. I also had a very negative experience calling customer services to request a refund in the first place. "

" The voucher stated that they were in the terminal. They do not have a presence in the terminal. They are base in Split and they send the car to the airport. It arrive 1/2 hour late. The car was old and had many scratches on it. It had 80,000 kilometres on the clock and had had not be valet very well. The brakes squeaked. The oil indicator, stated that oil needed at the next service. The rep told me that the battery had run down in the key ring and I would have to open it with the key then press the all doors open button inside the car. I would not use this company again. "

The Chevrolet Aseo was below the quality that I expect from a rental company and considerably underpowered, with a 1.2 ltr engine, that was totally inadequate for a mountainous country like Croatia ! The car only managed 110 KM/hr downhill on the motorway and 90 Km/Hr, on the uphill sections (I felt like I was going in reverse at times !) On the positive side, the car was reliable and reasonably economical. The only reason that I did not question the car at the pick up, was due to us arriving late, it was dark and we had a long drive to our villa. I have used Enterprise before and had a good service from them, but not in future. "

We got the car, all provisions as stated in the document from Auto Europe. The car is in good condition. Some small marks on the car were recored in the paper, so no hassle when we picked up and drop-off. Would like to thank Fleet for free GPS during this rent period.
