" Everything was great, except for the fact that the Thessaloniki office was understaffed, which meant that the one (very efficient, albeit overworked) employee who was on duty on drop-off day had to do check-ins, check-outs, and also drive the company shuttle to and from the airport (a 5 minutes drive away), leaving the office unattended and locked for 15-mins intervals. Otherwise, the experience was good and value for money. "

The car was not the exact model we were expecting, but the rep asked if we were OK with it and we were -quite big enough for our needs, fun and easy to drive, extremely economical, so a better solution all round. Transfer between the airport desk and the car lot is by minibus and only takes a couple of minutes. No problems with us using our own excess insurance. "

For a similar cost, in Portugal for example, we were provided with a brand new car on one occasion and an almost new car on another occasion, the car we had in Greece was a few years old with quite a few kilometres. The staff were pleasant and I have no issues with this company, I would use them again. "
