Some clearer instructions or map of the location of the entrance of the airport car park for returning the car would have been appreciated. I was somewhat annoyed to be charged an additional EUR 44.46 local charges by the counter staff, especially for "early pick-up". In estimating the pick up time I had allowed plenty of time for us to transit through Salzburg Airport so we would not be late for pick up. In the event our flight was on time and we had no delays at border control and were 40 mins early arriving at Mega-Drive for 15:30 pick up. I was unhappy at being charged early pick up fee of Euros 15 when the car was clearly ready for us to drive away. A further unexpected charge of Euros 16,67 was applied for us to cross (briefly) into Germany for our onward journey to our Austrian destination. These charges, together with expected airport fees of EUR 5,38, added 17% to the car hire cost, hence my grumble. Apart from this I would recommend MegaDrive to a friend, with a warning about likelihood of additional fees to be paid on top of agreed rental fee. "

" First off they were pushy about taking out there insurance, they were disappointed when I showed them I had my own excess insurance. Then they asked for my International Drivers License (IDP), admittedly it is in very fine print, I hire cars frequently worldwide, especially EU, all car hires have this fine print, yet no one has asked before - Czechia, France, Italy, Spain etc. After coming home I checked UK GOV website it has a list of countries where IDP would be applicable (No EU countries is it required), a IDP is effectively a readable translation of your drivers license, funny enough my UK license is in English. As the Car hire was away from airport, I wanted to cut my losses and leave as they wouldn't let me take car without paying 29EUR per day, turns out it was there excess insurance which they tried selling me earlier, they had me over a barrel, Since being back in UK I was very suspicious of any costs from DRYYVE as my Credit card had 500EUR hold, what a surprise 3 days later 39EUR cleaning fee, car was fairly clean, perhaps some footwell footprints, scam scam scam . Avoid these guys if you have other options, they are cheap for a reason, they will fleece you some how, not worth worrying about when you're trying to enjoy your holiday. I'm expecting there usual response on IDP, cleaning fee. There are many negative reviews, which refer to there dishonest practices, definitely a common theme. "

" I use car rental companies in Austria almost twice a month, and have been doing so for over fifteen years! The only positive thing I can say about Dryyve is that the car was clean and the chap that inspected the car, upon return, was polite. However, during this particular trip to Austria, I found myself having to extend my stay. I needed to extend the car hire for a further four days, I emailed Dryyve via their email address on their contract form. I was directed to a WhatsApp chat. I sent several messages but all messages were read but ignored. I tried calling many times on both numbers provided, but again, no response, so I ended up booking again through the broker. When I returned the car for the changeover, I asked the lady at the desk about their lack of customer service. I told her I had tried to make contact many times. Her response was apathetic, she was extremely rude, she told me that I should have emailed customer service. Which I replied I had and was given a WhatsApp number. I tried to show her the messages but she had no interest in looking. To try and lighten the situation, I said I would be happy to keep the same car, to save on them having to clean an extra vehicle. Eventually she agreed, my car was inspected and a second contract was issued. I just couldn't believe my eyes when I received an invoice for cleaning! We always learn by our mistakes; I definitely won't be using Dryyve car hire again! "
" Dryyve Rental Car hire in Austria - Do not be fooled by the initial low cost - they will charge you for absolutely everything, and more! The following charges were made to my credit card during and after the rental period - 1. Green sticker for motorway (all hired cars in Austria normally have this by default.) 2x 12euros 2. (In 20 years of hiring cars in Austria, I have never seen such a charge, the car had a little dirt in the drivers footwell and the boot, where ski-boots had been transported) 3. " I really wish I'd read the terrible reviews on trustpilot before being suckered by apparently the low rental price which escalated to 3x the original price after a catalogue of hidden charges at the pickup kiosk. A UK driving licence is perfectly legal in Austria according to the UK government without an International Driving Permit (IDP) (search: gov.uk driving-abroad international-driving-permit) - Not according to Dryyve!!! They require an IDP, but you only discover this at the rental pickup kiosk. The contract you are given at the rental desk states "you may be required to present an IDP if your licence was issued outside the EU or it is not in Latin characters." It's clearly not a legal requirement for UK licensees as there is an government level agreement specifying the continued equivalence of UK driving Licenses in Austria. No Autoeurope, Brexit does not annul this agreement as you told me on the phone when I complained. If you missed this post contract stipulation, (maybe because you didn't expect to be conned by an Autoeurope affiliate) don't worry, your "dodgy UK driving licence" can easily be made legal for an extra EUR 29 per day with Dryyve's "lazy pack" insurance. This SCAM TRIPLED THE COST of my rental!!! Add to that the cost of the Austrian road tax vignette of EUR 24 which all other rental companies include up front but but Dryyve hides this charge too until you are at their pickup kiosk - I'm happy to pay this but please, show it up front before people book. Add to that the free shuttle taxi "organised" by Dryyve that is not free if you have luggage - EUR 5 per bag. Then we were asked to queue outside their carpark kiosk in the cold and watch through the glass as other renters endure their own Dryyve rip-off experience. The couple ahead of us were caught too and decided to cancel their rental and pay EUR150 for a taxi to their destination instead, the family behind us were also caught and reluctantly paid the hidden charges, as did we. I suspect they keep customers outside so they can separate them making them easier to scam. "

" Did you get my note about the drivers side lock? I believe VW a have changed their grease / lubricant used on the door locking mechanism to an environmentally friendly version . It freezes at -3 meaning the car cannot be locked until the engine has been run for 10/20 minutes to warm the inside of the car. This was not ideal up in Saalbach in the mountains where it was -7. It was very inconvenient having to do this every day . We actually wasted a few hours contacting you and your engineers trying to fix it which was time wasted on our holiday. As well as time each day heating the car and wasting fuel. I'd suggest that you do not send any more Golfs to the mountains in winter. The guy behind me handing his car back had the same problem but with his rear doors , again a Golf. "

As publicised in the UK press, when collecting the car, they try to "upsell" you insurance, even though I purchased it via Auto Europe, plus an additional charge for entering into Germany (100 Euros) from Austria. I requested an invoice, which they said they would send to my email address, but this has not yet been received. I called Customer Services, (Sandra) at 12.30 27/12/24 to query this, and was advised to upload a copy of the proof of payment on your website. So, not exactly helpful. "

Then 3 days later the company contacted us to say that there was damage to one of the tyres and they included a photo. We did not have any incident where this damage could have happened and we told them this in an email. But on checking our bank statement a couple of weeks later we discovered that the amount of GBP715 had been debited presumably for this damage. There had been no further contact about the damage since we emailed them so we were surprised to see that this amount had been taken from our depsosit. Now that we have returned home and have time to look into it we are trying to make a claim on our rental car excess insurance, but we are not happy with how this situation was handled. "

" I have a problem with the information received from auto Europe regarding 'cross border charges'. I am extremely unhappy with the charge of £133 made by Thrifty for 7 days border crossing. I have not received a reply to my email of 22 July. Your quotation and subsequent online booking terms and conditions of 1 July contain no information within the travel restrictions section on any potential or actual cross border charges. This was misleading. This information is essential to have before choosing the hire, particularly since car hire in the Austrian Tirol makes travel into Germany almost a certainty. Your site information provided on International Car Rental Travel Fees states "border crossings in Western Europe are relatively easy, traveling between countries is almost always permitted free of charge." is misleading. As Thrifty subsequently charged for border crossing this information should have appeared in the quotation and booking terms. It does not and I have screen shots which show this. This inclusion would have informed my choice of hire company. The booking confirmation does show a gps included to be paid locally which was actually included in the hire. Equally misleading is the voucher terms regarding the responsibility of hirers for local toll stickers. Toll stickers were provided by the hirer but the information was not included in the 'Rental Includes' section of the voucher. Your reply of 22 July from reservations said "the information about travelling to other countries was included in the terms and conditions you accepted" but this contained other general either misleading or non applicable information. Information on cross border charges did not appear in the rental exclusions section of the hire voucher. In summary, customers can not rely on your hire quotations or confirmation to carry all of the necessary information to make an informed judgement on which car hire to use. That information might only be obvious at the point of collecting a vehicle which is far too late. I await your reply before reviewing how to proceed. "

It's always a worry with car rentals over the condition of the vehicle on return but the dent and scratch were clearly visible at the start. " There are 2 points relating to the information in the voucher: 1. It states that the rental does not include local tolls/stickers etc. In Austria a vignette is required so the implication is that this would have to be purchased. I phoned the helpline to enquire about this and spoke to a very assertive gentleman who insisted that I would have to pay the tolls locally - ie he simply reiterated what was stated on the voucher. When I collected the car I was informed that the vignette was included so in the end I was worried about nothing. 2. The voucher also states that an International Drivers Permit is required for non EU citizens, even though a google search stated that it was not required. I bought one just in case; however it was not needed so I wasted my money! Greater clarity/accuracy is required in your voucher and it would be helpful to employ customer service reps who are sympathetic to cutomers enquiries. Apart from these points the overall service was great. The counter staff was very efficient and gave me an upgraded car and the return was very straightforward. My deposit was cancelled within 48 hours. Very good value for money. "

" We had booked a small SUV ( Opel Mokka type) and were given a VW Golf with scratches and dents and 67800 km on the clock for the £453 we paid. Difficult for my wife to get in and out of as she is disabled. No other car was available. We preordered a ski rack which was not fitted. We were handed two magnetic racks without instructions but were to tired to argue. The next day we discovered that one of the keys for the racks could not be removed and the rack was hence unuseable. An immediate email to Buchbinder was neither acknowledged nor answered. A video of the problem was made. It made it difficult for my wife to come with me as I had to carry the skis in the car itself. On return to the airport the car was not checked by Buchbinder. We returned the rack to the counter wherethe gentleman deemed it unuseable. Questioned about the email he admitted his boss had received it but not answered it as we were only there for a week and he would assure no rental was charged for the rack. Overall this was a poor experience . The car was a lot smaller than a compact SUV , it was a lot lower which caused my disabled wife problems getting in and out of the car. Buchbinder could not care less. My wife has had many hire cars via various companies over the years. Buchbinder was by far the worst. "

The second man I spoke to agreed that I had put the flight information on the booking details but there was nothing he could do until the following morning as megadrive was closed. We emailed autoeurope and received an aggressive response. "

" This company is a complete and utter SCAM. We rented a car in Salzburg from these clowns which was booked for a total of 6 days. Upon returning the car at 5pm there was no one from the company present to greet us at the rental drop off and we placed the keys into a box at the office. On arrival home this company emailed me claiming that there were "damages" to the car such as claiming damage to the tyres and the back of the car which did not exist. They sent 4 photos in total, 3 of which showed some scuff mark on a wheel trim and a random photo of the back of the car with absolutely no damage at all. They deducted €375 from the security deposit with zero information about the alleged damages even after i requested further information from them twice. I have rented cars around Europe dozens of times and I have never had an issue until dealing with these total set of cowboys. Legal action will be taken and contacting the credit card company to block charges for these non existent damages. "

" Things were fine really...it wasn't terrible, but nobody explained anything very much about the car (Hyundai i30). It was partially electric I think, and did some odd things. Lane keeping switched itself on every time you stopped the engine. The Hyundai automatic lane correction is an especially 'ugly sensation' with abrupt steering corrections. There appeared to be no way to permanently disable this. Also,...on the overrun the engine would shut down completely...and then start itself again. I pulled over first time this happened but figured out what was going on. I have to say that although the car was alright I wouldn't want it again...it felt disconnected from the road and, even after two weeks, I was still struggling with it. "

Only issue we had was the battery warning light/message kept coming on from the start of our hire which was warning us to immediately take to a workshop. When we contacted support they said we had to drive it back an hour to the airport to be looked at but we didn't want to spend another two hours driving if it was just a loose connection and we had a full itinerary for our holiday. It would have been helpful to had had someone look at the car in the town where we were located. That was our only issue though. "

However, when the ignition was on, there was a warning triangle on the dash board and interrogation of the screen revealed a failed front sensor. I reported this with photographs and was told it would be ok. They did not have another car I could use. I was lucky to have a VW Golf as I only paid for a Fiat 500 (which I have at home). Disappointed, I took the car., there was no other option. For 4 days I had constant alarms telling me to drive in the centre of my lane, to take control of the steering wheel and sometimes a red block alarm telling me there was an obstacle in front of the car, despite the area being clear.. My driving experience was ruined by the annoying constant alarming. "

" I have used Megadrive through you many times and I have no complaint about their service or their cars. They often seem to give me a free upgrade which I appreciate a great deal. However, one thing I am very unhappy about -- their pricing policy. This fluctuates dramatically and indeed has got even worse since the pandemic. Megadrive used to consistently offer the most competitive prices in Salzburg through you. Now, however, the prices can be the highest or the lowest on the market and anywhere in between. Furthermore for the same hire period the price offered by you often changes from week to week, for no apparent reason. So it means once i have fixed on the period I want a car, I need to check back regularly to find when it is most economic to book. It doesn't consistently go up or go down the closer one gets to the booking date. It seems completely random. This is really frustrating. I obviously don't want to pay Megadrive say £400, when a competitor might be £300 and when in the following week the Megadrive price might be down to say £200. I know I can book and then cancel and then rebook, but what a waste of time and cost, both for you and for me! "

The car we received was an upgrade to what we had booked and was very clean and lovely to drive. I have since booked with Auto Europe for our next holiday and am very confident about the whole hire experience ahead next time In all honesty there is an increased risk or worry when using a third party to book a vehicle or any other service (On a previously occasion it had caused an issue which was my fault as i did not know the credit card number and the car could not be hired and i was out of pocket) so i was a bit apprehensive, but that was my fault and i have learnt from my mistake, but as long as you follow the conditions there should be no problems and i can highly recommend using Auto Europe as a booking partner. When renting a car and you are given the estimate that it will be a VW or similar and you actually get a dacia it's more than disappointing. Car was located on the same building accessible by a lift. Return procedure was easy too. I have given 9/10 for return experience because the deposit amount still has not been returned to my credit card even after 3 days from return now. Previous experience in other countries / rental companies, the blocked amount on card was returned while waiting at the desk, after inspection of car. "

" There were lots of scratches on the car , which we checked over , we cared greatly for the car , when we returned it the guy who checks for marks opened one rear door and exclaimed there was a tiny chip inside , so cynical that he went straight to it , we feel totally conned as it was so small and inside we would never have checked there when we picked it up , as said he knew where it was straight away went to it , I had the same experience with sixt in Porto in the summer , unless you pay a high extra insurance they will find something . I will never use sixt again and travel often I will also tell as many people as I can of my bad experience "

As I was travelling with two bike boxes, it was not ideal. The boxes will sit upright in a passenger van but had to be stacked in the Kia. This risked damaging the bikes. " I have used Auto Europe many times and always found the customer service a very pleasant experience hence my 10 rating. However, at this particular time I phoned customer service as soon as we were informed of the flight delay and the lady I spoke to was not very helpful in the matter. She put me through to the car rental company but cut me off in the transfer. I phoned back again asking for alternative options in case the company is closed once we arrive but she just told me there are non and didn't offer my advice or help. I therefore phoned the rental company directly and they were amazing, unfortunately that couldn't be said about the Auto Europe representative. You can't judge the whole company on one person therefore I won't let it stop me to make future bookings, however, on this occasion I felt a little let down. "

" The whole experience of hiring from Auto Europe as a booking agent and Mega drive as the hire company was a total nightmare and is an option i would not consider again unless my request for a refund is granted !! The outcome of my request for a refund will also affect the review i leave on social media about my experience !! I am aware all contracts have T's & C's but it seemed that between Megadrive and Auto Europe there is not really much common sense used when it comes to trying to rectify a problem between yourselves and make the hire experience as smooth as possible... But you really make things as difficult as possible by passing the buck to each other and not being pro active to satisfy the customer. Up on collection I presented my credit card to the counter staff for the excess payment. Unfortunately i could not provide the pin number and was told i could not hire the car unless i could provide another credit card in my name. I could only provide a debit card or a card in my wife's name. I offered to pay the excess by phone as you do not need a pin number.. This was not an option the counter staff would allow although he said if i had booked directly with Megadrive he would be happy to take a payment over the phone I offered to pay by a manual transaction.... This was not an option although the counter staff did say they have the swipe cards and paper work but do not use them. I am quite sure that if the card reader was not working on the day for one reason or another, that a manual transaction with the paper swipe card machine would be used so i can not understand why this could not have been used. I then phoned Auto Europe and explained the situation... Could i pay yourselves the excess over the phone.... This was not an option either. The only option i was given was to re book the car in my wife's name and take a gamble that Megadrive would reimburse my original payment as we are still hiring the same car and then that yourselves will reimburse me as we were still hiring the same car. We decided to take this gamble as we would more than likely have no chance of a reimbursement had we just hired from another company instead So we now paid Auto Europe for another hire car in my wife's name (Voucher No 4699780) unfortunately the lady who took the booking sent the wrong name to megadrive. (Helen instead of Karen) and again the counter staff refused us the car and said no details could be changed his end. So we now have paid for two cars and still have not got one. Again we explained to Auto Europe and it was agreed that you could change the name but would have to send new paperwork to Megadrive for them to allow us to hire this car. In all we were at the counter for nearly three hours of what was only a weekend stay in Austria and it did put a big downer on the trip. The bottom line of this is (stated by the counter staff)..... Had we booked direct with Megadrive, they could change what ever needed changing instantly whether it was the name, card details or basically any other issue, but because we had booked through Auto Europe nothing can be changed. To sum up...... The booking/hand over of the vehicle was an absolute shambles and could of been sorted very easily. There must be so many different circumstances that could cause an issue and just a bit of common sense and communication could sort things out very easily. While we were trying to sort out our problem, two other couples were having similar problems regarding paperwork so it seems this kind of thing is quite common Apart from the counter experience i would like to say that the booking process on line through Auto Europe was very good. The counter staff were very pleasant although not very helpful with the situation. The vehicle we hired was very clean and comfortable and there were no problems when returning the car Obviously when i come to make a review whether through your feedback page / Megadrive's feedback page or social media i will take into account whether i receive a reimbursement for the original hire. The counter staff reminded me that had i booked direct with Megadrive and not Auto Europe we would have not had an issue as they can simply change what ever they like and we would have been on our way in five minutes instead of three hours and having to have paid for two cars ! " Easy to use and book using autoeurope online, but the lack of joined up service between the broker and the provider left me feeling like I had poor value for money because the provider added on cost at location for things that should legally be included (ie snowchains). The provider clearly didn't care about auto Europe and the agreement I already had in place with them eg things like the damage waiver. "
" I thought it was outrageous of Global not to include snowchains as standard, given it is a legal requirement to have them, and we would have been fined if we did not have them. 70 euros on top of the hire few (£220) is an extortionate price given we really had no choice to pay it. I was also very disappointed that I'd paid for the full waiver through Auto Europe, but Global still pushed for us to buy their waiver because "they don't know what the Auto Europe policy is". Whilst the condition of the vehicle was good, for the price we paid I would have expected a better model of vehicle. The Skoda is a front wheel drive, which is much harder to drive in snowy conditions, to be expected when hiring a car from Salzburg in the Winter. Overall I am left feeling ripped off. "

When I picked up the car, there was no record of this on the voucher-or this is what the counter staff said and said that to remove the excess I would need to pay 150 euros. When I returned home and spoke to Autoeurope about this, they said that the this excess waiver was on the voucher. " Auto Europe did not pass on any of our contact details to Global (dispite me providing them at the time of booking) which meant that when we were late to collect our car, Global were unable to contact us. When we landed and I knew that we would be late I tried to call Auto Europe and the call was never answered even though I tried all of the numbers on the paperwork. In the T&Cs received from Auto Europe it doesn't state that the booking will be effectively cancelled as soon as 1 hr after the collection time - this means that the contract I had was not back to back with the one that they have with Global. We are currently in the process of raising a complaint and trying to obtain the charges for the upgraded car back. "

I pointed out that I had rented the car for 3 weeks and given the length of hire period the car was in reasonable condition. This was a cynical attempt at unjustified extra charging. Last year, I had another bad experience with Budget in Austria where the car received a fine for not showing an up to date Autobahn Vignette. Budget first claimed it was my responsibility and tried to pass the fine on to me. They later backed down and agreed it was their responsibility. I still have the correspondence. "

" I used Thrifty in Cyprus in April this year and the experience couldn't have been so different. Brilliant in Cyprus awful in Austria. I booked a large car, Peugeot 3008 or similar. I am 6ft 4 inches and have a bad knee (awaiting operation) so needed the higher car from the ground to slide in plus my wife and daughter are also tall and the leg room in the rear of the V40 was poor. I was given a Volvo V40, we were told there was no P3008 cars available so assumed the V40 was a similar spec to the Peugeot 3008. Nice car but unbelievably difficult to get in and out of. When my daughter went back to the desk to ask about changing the car there was no one there. (It was Hertz on all the fascia and on the desk). We were tired and hungry as it had been a long day so we drove to our accommodation. The next day I called the desk at Salzburg airport. The lady staff member who dealt with my call had virtually no customer service skills and talked me down a lot of the time. I begged to differ on the Peugeot 3008 being in the same group as the V40 but she really didn't show any interest. I am not a complainer by nature. on the contrary I gave an excellent review to the folks in Cyprus who were brilliant. However I felt as though I was asking for something I wasn't entitled to, a moaning customer. On dropping the car off there was no one at the desk for 20 minutes and a queue was building. We went to the garage to look for someone and outside the terminal but to no available. There was a key box to drop off the car keys but in ALL my previous rentals the car is supposed to be checked over in order to give the deposit back. Eventually a girl arrived and booked us out and took the keys. She had been checking cars in somewhere. The phone on the wall to call for assistance in the event of the desk being empty was faulty so we couldn't find out who or when someone was going to attend to the customers. The car wasn't checked (I would have preferred it to have been) and we went to get our flight. I must say that both of the girls on the desks gave us a good service. Its a management fault to expect them to do so much and not provide enough pairs of hands for all the service, bookings and checking of vehicles to be done properly. The upshot was that we didnt take the car back as we really didn't have any confidence in the service level and expectations and felt that it would have been a wasted long journey back to the airport, following the telephone conversation, so my daughter drove most of the time. It was still a massive and very painful effort to get in and out of the passenger side for me and a squash in the back of the car ( the front seats had to go as far back as reasonable as we are all tall). " I felt the car that we received was not as good as ordered. I think we received a mini class (Fiat Panda) rather than economy (Fiesta equiv.) but Buchbinder assured us it was what we ordered. During the rental we realised the car did not have air conditioning as per the booking but by this point it was too late. " I strongly advise NOT to use that car rental. They charge for extra for every detail (e.g. driving into a different country). Furthermore, do they give you a worse car than you booked and claim it would an upgrade. The car was fitted with winter tyres (in summer) and had a bad smell. "

Furthermore, did I recieve a different car type (mini van) instead of compact car. the Opel Combo provided did still have winter tyres on and was dangerous to drive. apart from the lacking power it was breaking not in a straight line, which made the driving on the highway rather dangerous. my worst car rental experience ever. " Since being back at the end of March we have had numerous telephone and email exchanges but Auto Europe have basically washed their hands of the issue saying we signed the documentation so accepted the extra charges. What else were we to do????? Auto Europe will not however do anything to refund the additional charges we have now incurred. Auto Europe's Customer Service is non existent. They do not do what they say they will do. They take your money and that's it. We would never recommend them to anyone and will certainly never use them again. All we wanted was what we had booked and paid for, nothing more. When you ask for a manager to deal with the complaint they ignore you. AN ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! "
" At the pick up point in Austria - MegaDrive (company partner) offered us a smaller car than we had booked which was not suitable. We were then offered a larger vehicle at a cost which should have been FREE OF CHARGE we later discovered. Our issue at the pick up point was that they were offering us a Renault Clio when we had booked an Opel Astra Estate (or similar) because we had 5 adults and 3 suitcases When we ordered our vehicle we went for one suitable for 5 people with 2 cases and 2 bags as there were 5 adults with 3 average suitcases. The Clio we were offered was listed as suitable for 4 people, 1 case and 1 bag. Clearly we were not going to fit in a Renault Clio so we had to take what they said they had available as we needed a vehicle to get to our final destination. We were advised at the pick up point that if we had an issue with the booking to refer back to Auto Europe on our return. When we did raise an issue Mega Drive tried to say we had requested a bigger vehicle and an automatic - thus the charges - but that was a complete lie. Will never use this Company again. "

" Salzburg airport was not busy on pickup so there was no queue and no hassle. The mega drive desk is a very close to the arrivals hall. Matt dealt with us at the front desk. He was very personable and very helpful, The vehicle had been properly washed and valeted but had a yellow pollen film all over it. This was the same over every vehicle in the parking area for hire cars. The return procedure was straightforward, too. I would definitely use Megadrive again. "

My only suggestion is to create a profile with personal addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc which can be shared with all car rental companies, else we have to fill in a new one with every company. Also, it would be fantastic if you could include frequent flier information add any frequent flier points to the bookings, that means I could possibly chose a slightly more expensive option but which gives me mileage points. It is very confusing to know which companies have partnerships with which airlines. Plus some do not give points if the booking has been done via Auto-Europe, which is disappointing. "
