Transportation / How to get to the airport

If you are heading straight towards Paris after your arrival, you can drive on to the A1 motorway towards Lille and take the A16, this takes about 1 hour. Alternatively, take a drive for 1 hour and 15 minutes on the A16. Otherwise, if you want to head towards Rouen, take the N31/E46 road towards Beauvais/Reims/Darnetal/A.A. des Deux Rivieres. Visit our driving information page for traffic rules in France.

There is a shuttle bus which goes from Beauvais-Tille Airport to Paris - Porte Maillot. Following your arrival, go to the car park shuttles and the bus will be there, it departs 20/25 minutes after the flight arrival. You can buy tickets for this before the bus departs. On your way back, if you are leaving Paris to fly from Paris Beauvais-Tille Airport, you can depart from Paris - Porte Maillot car park "Pershing", 3 hours and 15 minutes before your flight departs. Travel time each way is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Another option is the City bus line no. 12 from Paris Beauvais-Tille Airport into the historic city centre of Beauvais, where you can catch the train from Beauvais Gare SNCF. The train goes directly into Paris Gare du Nord, it takes about 75 minutes.

    Parking Tips

There is plenty of parking available at Paris Beauvais-Tille Airport for approximately 4,000 cars. Car park one is directly in front of the terminal for easy access and within 2 minutes walk. Car park two is to the side of terminal 2, both are ideal for short term or a drop-off. Car park four is for long-term parking and is approximately 10 minutes walk to the airport.

Parking possibilities in Paris centre are limited due to high number of cars parking on-street. You can pay for the on-street parking, using "Paris Carte", available from the newsagents shops, as parking metres do not accept cash. There are also underground car parks in Paris where you can pre-book your parking space.
