Paris Beauvais-Tillé Airport has two terminals located next to each other. There are a few restaurants, snack-bars, and shops both airside and in the public areas. Terminal 1 handles the flights of Ryanair, Wizz Air, Air Moldova, Blue Air and Volotea, while Terminal 2 caters for Ryanair and Wizz Air to specific destinations. Both terminals are closed during night-time, making it impossible to sleep in the terminal for those waiting for an overnight connection.
Inside both terminals you will find a good selection of restaurants, snack-bars and shops on both the air and land sides. Travellers at the airport are free to use a 30-minute Wi-fi connection and reconnect to it as many times as they wish, while a high-speed and interruption-free connection is available for a small fee. There are several ATMs spread across the terminals, baby-care facilities, Duty-free stores and a currency exchange. In Terminal 1 you can find an information desk and post office.
Beauvais city centre can easily be reached by car via the D1001 in about 10 minutes. Clients heading straight for Paris after picking up their car hire at Paris Beauvais Airport on arrival should take the A1 motorway towards Lille and then the A16, a trip that takes roughly an hour depending on the traffic. For general information on driving in France, please consult our driving information guide.
However, should you decide to travel to Beauvais or Paris by public transport, then you can make use of the shuttle-bus that departs from the bus station outside the terminal building which connects Beauvais-Tillé Airport with Paris-Porte Maillot. Another option is the number 6 city bus route from Paris Beauvais-Tillé Airport to the historic city centre of Beauvais, where you can catch the train from Beauvais Gare SNCF. The train goes directly to Paris Gare du Nord and the journey takes about 75 minutes.
There are plenty of parking spaces available at Paris Beauvais-Tillé Airport with enough capacity for around 4,000 cars. Car parks 1 and 2 can both be found within easy walking distance of the airport terminal and are ideal for short-term parking or dropping someone off. Car park 4 on the other hand is designed for long-term parking and is located about a 10-minute walk from the terminal building.
Finding a parking space in the centre of Beauvais is relatively easy for those who opt to rent a car at Paris Beauvais Airport. The city has several paid public car parks, the most centrally-located of which is the Vinci car park at Place Georges Clemenceau. You will also find numerous car parks near shopping centres, as well as free relay car parks located on the boulevard belt, namely the Theatre car park, Gendarmerie car park, Boulevard Aristide Briand car park and Saint-Quentin car park.
On the other hand, parking possibilities in the centre of Paris are limited due to the high number of cars in the city. You can pay for on-street parking using the Paris Carte which is available for purchase at newsagents as parking meters do not accept cash. There are also underground car parks in Paris where you can pre-book a parking space.
