If you opt for bus transportation, please note that the Airlink 100 express, the Lothian Buses 35 (serving several stops on the way) and night buses are available options. Edinburgh Airport Tram departs every seven minutes to the city centre, with a journey time of only 30 minutes. If you rent a car from Edinburgh Airport, you can reach Glasgow in a little bit more than one hour in light traffic or Aberdeen in 2.5 hours. Return to the airport via the A8 Glasgow Road.
