    Located in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Newcastle Train Station is also referred to as Newcastle Central. It was inaugurated in 1850 by the queen, and to date provides rail links from London to Edinburgh. It also services Yorkshire, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Tyne Valley.
