The airport has one three-storey building, with the ground floor dedicated to arrivals and the first floor to departures. The second floor houses airport and airline offices as well as car rental companies.
Car hire offices are located on the second floor. Please proceed first to the rental desk before you pick up the car from the multilevel parking P1. Make sure you understand your insurance and fuel policy, and have your credit card, driving licence and voucher ready to present at the rental desk. Return the car to the third floor of P1 parking.

Marco Polo Airport is connected to Venice railway stations by city and regional buses. Venezia Mestre station is linked by ATVO Fly Bus line and the urban bus line number 15, run by the ACTV company. The drive takes approximately twenty minuets. Venezia Santa Lucia station is serviced by ATVO Airport Terminal Line and ACTV bus line number 5 with thirty-five minutes journey time. Bus stops are located outside the arrivals hall on the second line. Taxi ranks are located in front of the terminal building. Water bus is available at the dock, which is seven minutes walk to the left from the terminal.
Car hire parking at Venice Airport is P1 multilevel car park. When you arrive with your vehicle in Venice, you will need to park your car, as for obvious reasons, cars cannot enter Venice centre.
